Our products are produced “on-demand” and are therefore unique to each customer, and your order cannot be cancelled.

Complaint

The right to complain means that the customer can invoke faults and defects with the product that have occurred up to 2 years after purchase. However, it is a prerequisite that these things have not arisen as a result of incorrect use of the product or other handling errors that have resulted in the defect. The product should be complained about as soon as the error is detected.
