If you accidentally, ordered the wrong size or color, and would like to do changes to your order. That isn't something we can guarantee. Usually your products are already been going to production 5-8 hours after purchase.

We take pride in offering sustainable and unique print-on-demand merchandise created exclusively for you. Please read the following information regarding our refund policy and the sustainable aspects of our products.

We are committed to reducing our environmental impact. That's why we have chosen to use a print-on-demand model for our merchandise.

  • Every piece of merchandise you purchase is made exclusively for you, reducing unnecessary waste and minimizing the use of resources.
  •  By adopting this approach, we strive to create garments that are kinder to the environment, aligning with our strong commitment to sustainability.

Made-to-Order Process:

  • When you place an order with us, your chosen item is individually printed or crafted, ensuring its uniqueness and exclusivity.
  • Our made-to-order process eliminates the need for mass production and excess inventory, reducing the overall environmental footprint.

Returns and Refunds:

  • Due to our sustainable approach and the nature of our print-on-demand model, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for merchandise.
  •  We encourage you to carefully consider your purchase and review product details, size charts, and other relevant information before placing your order.
  • Our goal is to provide you with a piece of Original Minds goods that you will love and treasure, knowing that it's yours and yours alone.

Quality Assurance:

  • In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service below.

Please note that the products are made to order with print-on-demand and cannot be returned unless faulty. You’ll only qualify for a refund or replacement if the item is faulty or a mistake was made on our end. 

Please contact our Support Team if you experience the following: 

  • You receive the wrong size/colour/design. 
  • The printing quality is not up to standard. 
  • The product just doesn’t seem to match what was advertised. 

We’d ask that you provide photos that illustrate the problem as well as ensuring that you contact us within 30 days of the delivery date so that we may provide an accurate investigation into any issues. 


  • We will work diligently to resolve any issues and provide a satisfactory solution, such as a replacement or store credit.

Shipping Times:
For orders within Europe, please allow 3-8 working days for delivery. For the UK it will be between 8 and 11 days. 
We will soon provide world wide shipping, so just wait for it!

Shipping Methods:
We work with a mix of national and commercial postal services. We constantly strive to optimize delivery lead time and cost per country.

Tracking Information:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to be updated.

Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are 69 SEK (or the same amount converted to the currency of your choice). Any additional customs or import duties imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Modifications:
Once an order has been placed, modifications or cancellations may not be possible. Please review your order carefully before submitting.
Check "I want to cancel my order" above, if you just ordered, and want to try to cancel it.

Undeliverable Packages:
In the event that a package is deemed undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, we will attempt to contact you to rectify the issue. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipping the package.

Lost or Damaged Packages:
We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages during transit. However, we will work with you and the shipping carrier to resolve any issues to the best of our abilities.

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received.

Since we are finishing your print upon order, you can't return the garment if the size doesn't work for you.

Although most of our clothes are true-to-size, and follows european standards, it is very important that you check the sizeguide on the specific product you want to order.

In our sizeguides you have the exact measurements, in both centimeters and inches.

One way to do it, if you are planning on buying a t-shirt, for example, is: Get a t-shirt that you think fits you very good. Lay it flat on a table, and measure it. Then compare the sizeguide, for the t-shirt in our shop, to find the size that suits you the best.

Are you missing a specific print regarding a specific diagnose? Or are you just, almost in love, with one of your products, but you would like it in another color or, with slightly different message?

We would love to hear about it. We can't fulfill all requests, but if we could come up with some cool design for your idea, we would be happy to try and create it, so that you could enjoy Original Minds apparel, your way!
